What a great time. Paul (chauffeur) was awesome and so accommodating at all times. A few times we needed a "rest stop" LOL and he was always willing to stop for us. Brought us downtown and even offered to stop to take pictures.

Everything was excellent! We cannot say enough good things about our experience in dealing with East Coast Limos. The professionalism, kindness and conceern about customer satisfaction began with our initial interaction with Louise and her offer to show us the different types of vehicles that might be suitable for a family member who was arriving from Europe following emergency surgery. This enabled us to select one that we thought offered the best options to provide a comfortable ride from Montreal to Ottawa. It proved to be a really good choice.
Our chauffeur Peter was super. He advised us by e-mail early in the morning of our pickup that the flight from Europe was 50 minutes late departing and he tracked the flight for us the rest of the day until it touched down in Montreal. He had a detailed layout map of the arrivals section and gave us important information on what we needed to do once our family member arrived. Thanks to his preparatory work, everything went as smoothly as one could hope. Our family member and our family had a most relaxing ride home and to quote one member from the thank -you email sent to us this morning, "I could feel the tension relieve with every mile travelled on the way home".
